An MBA in finance and operations, plus an engineering background and 35 years of diverse and challenging management experience, give me good insight into how businesses work best. As a small business coach, I have some well-practiced strategies to help owners and managers move their business in a profitable direction.

My career is in manufacturing, engineering and business development; I have been fortunate to gain a wide variety of business experience. I have worked in sales and BD for a Fortune 500 company and several smaller ones.  I started and ran FlowWorks, a web-based data management company that grew 100% a year for 4 years. I was Director of Strategic Development of Trim Systems, a Tier 1 supplier to the heavy-duty trucking industry. I have also held the positions of Engineering Manager, Product Development Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineer with Northwest firms.
