An MBA in finance and operations, combined with an engineering background and 30 years of diverse and challenging management experience, gives me good insight into how businesses work best. As a small business coach, I have some well-practiced strategies to help owners and managers move their business in a profitable direction.

I have been a business consultant and small business coach for over 15 years. I began my consulting practice in June of 1999 after an executive career in manufacturing and engineering. During that career, I was fortunate to gain a wide range of experience. My most recent salaried position was CEO of FlowWorks, a web-based data management company I founded and grew 100% a year for 4 years. Prior to that I was Director of Strategic Development of Trim Systems, a Tier 1 supplier to the heavy-duty truck manufacturers with $180 million annual sales, (8) manufacturing facilities and (1300) employees. Previous experience includes positions of Engineering Manager, Product Development Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineer with Northwest firms.
